Property plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this recent photograph release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling different areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
